Dragon Fighter  (2003)
Nomination Year: 2004
SYNOPSIS: After a set of impossibly-new dinosaur bones are found in southern England, a group of scientists make a clone from a DNA sample. To their surprise, instead of a dinosaur, they hatch a dragon. The creature goes on a rampage, killing most of the scientists, and escaping to the surface, where our hero kills it by dumping the fuel from his helicopter on it before it can menace all mankind.

So Crazy, It Just Might Work!
Hey everybody, let's clone a dragon! Quickly, before Congress gets wind of it. The annoying split-screen effects happen throughout the entire movie.
