Return of Red Tiger  (1980)
Nomination Year: 2009
SYNOPSIS: A valuable microfilm containing... um, never mind. Let's start again. A valuable microfilm containing valuable information has been stolen from... Okay, no. A valuable microfilm containing valuable information has been stolen from someone by... Sorry, this just is not working. Anyway, two rival organized crime groups are after this microfilm, which seems to involve kidnapping a female nightclub singer. Unluckily for them, the nightclub singer is being wooed -- okay, stalked -- by a supremely annoying mute mentally ill homeless guy, played by Bruce Le. Fortunately (?) for the singer, her creepy stalker is a master martial artist with a knack for showing up just as the mob guys are about to kidnap her and rescuing her (i.e., kidnapping her himself). Fortunately, Bruce may be mute and creepy, but he's got Tiger Fu... okay, it's more like Pissed Off Kitten Fu, as it seems to primarily involve crawling around on the ground on all fours while meowing (you think I'm kidding!). Nonetheless, it allows him to defeat both rival mobs, while the girl and her boyfriend sneak off into the sunset with the microfilm. Me ow. And if you watch this movie, you ow, too.

"WHAT?!"
Pissed-Off Kitten Kung Fu
Bruce Le demonstrates Pissed-Off-Kitten Fu. The most frightening thing about this clip is how much shorter it is than the complete scene in the film. Bruce leaps, yowls, scratches, "claws," and mewls. And that was just when he read the script!
