It's Christmas Eve at the sorority house and there's supposed to be a party...but almost nobody comes. But those that DO come start getting slaughtered one by one thanks to the predations of a psycho killer dressed as Mrs. Claus!
Given the title and cover art, you'd be expecting some kind of supernatural horror or Critter From Beyond...but nope. Just a teen slasher flick.
