The Yesterday Machine  (1963)
Nomination Year: 2016
SYNOPSIS: What do you get when a Nazi scientist living underneath a Texas farmhouse kidnaps a teenage football player and his baton-twirling girlfriend? And also a night club singer (The Girl With The Orchid Voice)?

You get a movie where they like to talk about things. And then they talk about things. And also some talking -- then they show the thing they were talking about. Again and again and again. And not just because the Nazi has invented a time machine using his "minus ray," and plans to go back and help Hitler win World War II. It made me yearn for the early minutes of baton twirling.
The action in this movie is nonexistent by standards of today. The science and acting are as well. At least it’s in color English!
