The good black general infiltrates the compound. Which isn’t hard when the guards don’t even notice a swinging duffel bag or a guy right there in the tree.

Woman shows her tit to distract the baddie. Then they run him off the road. After a huge tumbling crash, the “black gestapo” fires a million bullets at him until he agrees to toss out the bags of cash he was transporting in exchange for not getting shot. The Black Gestapo keeps its word. Instead of shooting, they use a Molotov Cocktail.
