Learning NOTHING from the past two movies, certain Government officials want the Astro Zombies' DNA sifted from the site of their last defeat and cloned. Great idea! Meanwhile, other corrupt officials want to take control of the project, under the orders of a mumbling hologram of a sexy alien and the severed head of John Carridine.
Though one doctor tries to make the Astro Zombies kinder and gentler, and the general's brother discovers the key to controlling them before killing himself, the Astro Men run amok, with predictible results. Can even the Doll Squad stop them?
And if you thought this summary was hard to follow, try watching the damn movie!

Oblivious
Through the Gate and into the Death Zone
Despite many warnings, a group of teenagers doesn't just walk, but runs into Area 51, not seeing the huge signs that say "VIOLATORS WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT." One guy even says, "I think that's Groom Lake over there!"
Worst Special Effect
Really "Special" SPFX
The movie HASN'T EVEN REALLY STARTED, and yet, in the recap of the previous two films, we get... Abysmal CGI UFOs and "exploding" Astro-Zombies.
Inane Dialogue
Don't Turn Your Back
Sabrina activates the Doll Squad and tells their leader DON'T TRUST ANYONE. Don't turn your back! Of course, INSTANTLY upon assuring Sabrina there's nothing to worry about, she gets zonked by her "best friend" right behind her.
"WHAT?!"
Mumbling Holograms and the Severed Head of John Carradine
Someone in the project is taking orders from a mumbling alien hologram who possesses the severed head of John Carridine.
Worst Acting
Master Sergeant Woolridge
I think Scott Blacksher's horrifically Bad performance stands out, even among every other actor in this film. His overblown accent and staccato delivery seal the deal: Worst Actor. (But in this film, admittedly not by much.)
Worst Picture
Backyard Zom-B-Q
Astro-Zombie attack! At a BBQ. Many good deaths. Bad SFX. And an explosive defeat.
Domesticated Astro Zombies
The good doctor and her lover finally figure out how to control the Astro Zombies and use them as slave labor as they relax before a chroma-key background, while the severed head of John Carridine brings it all to a conclusion.
A real looker in the '60s, she played
opposite Roddy McDowell as Bookworm's
henchwoman on "Batman." Was Marilyn
Monroe in Marilyn Alive and Behind
Bars; Gloria in Ten Violent
Women: Part
Two; Drusilla on "Star Trek:
Progeny"; and of
course Sabrina in The Doll
Squad. Also
did a lot of bit TV parts.
