SYNOPSIS: Those wacky Russians and their genetic engineering programs. This time it's an expatriate American genetic scientist developing bat supersoldiers in an abandoned Soviet research lab with the goal of selling them to Chechen rebels. David Chockachi leads a team of Delta Force commandos out to retrieve the scientist and his killer bats for the good ole U.S. of A. before he sells them to the rebels or the Russians hunt him down and take the bats for themselves. Because he who controls the bats, controls the world! (Okay, no they don't.) Mostly, this involves lots of wandering around in the woods and occasionally shooting M-16s at CGI bats because apparently nobody ever told David Chockachi that you need area of effect attacks to do damage to swarms (although that's as true in this movie as it is in D&D and Pathfinder).
