SYNOPSIS: 

Three hot coeds go on a trip to Transylvania and get caught in a struggle between two vampire brothers: The good Stefan and the evil Radu. Radu has killed his father and created blood-finger homonculi (don't ask), which, I presume, are supposed to be the "Subspecies" in the title.

Radu takes Mara and Lillian as vampire minions, but Stefan falls for the plucky Michelle. In the end, Stefan turns Michelle in to a vampire (because the male vampire ALWAYS does this..."love forever" or some bs) and Radu is destroyed...OR IS HE??

In classic "but she's my friend, I must go help her" fashion, Michelle rushes out to help Lillian, whom she herself buried just hours ago. Even Karl's "She's a vampire!" doesn't stop her. D'oh. Of COURSE she gets captured.

Angus Scrimm King Vladislav Best known as the spike-ball-throwing Tall Man from the Phantasm franchise. Studied acting under Cecile B. DeMille...'s brother. Did other horror, like Dr. Quint in I Sell the Dead. 
Anders Hove Radu Prolific actor; Cesar Faison on "General Hospital" AND "Loving" (I had no idea those shows were in the same universe); does a lot of horror flicks. Started with Nalle in In the Middle of the Night; Rick in Critters 4; Dr. Steffensen in Cataract. 
Laura Mae Tate Michelle Nadia in I Love Trouble and Cynthia in California Myth...and not too much else, other than this.
