City Limits (1985)
Nomination Year: 1994
SYNOPSIS: It's the post-apocalypse and amid the hopelessness, biker gangs rule the urban turf. A young man sets out to join a gang called the Clippers and in the process, the gang thwarts a faceless corporation and its evil druglord. A real "all-star" cast here, including Rae Dawn Chong and James Earl Jones. But still: Ugh.

"I Remember Dat Time We Did Dat Stuff Wit' Dose Guys..." One of the Clippers is killed, and his friend has this bizarre, disjointed Flashback scene. After viewing it about eight times, one can only assume he's reminiscing about the deceased. There's a shot of Santa Claus, and them throwing rocks at stuff like streetlights, and other boring, pointless scenes. If that was their life together, the guy's probably better off dead. After the flashbacks, he says to the other biker, "You got any ideas?" who says, "Yeah." The first guy says, "Good, 'cause I'm fresh out." Clearly.
