SYNOPSIS: A girl is killed and raped minutes after fighting with her boyfriend, Jeff, who's an assistant of professor Caldwell at the university. Jeff wanted to return to his old girlfriend, Lisa, who lives with five other girls, but when these co-eds begin to be killed one by one in different and strange ways--Jeff becomes the main suspect.
