Nomination Year: 1999
SYNOPSIS: This is a movie in two pieces.

In the first half, Danny is born. He is the Plutonium Baby, born from a mother deformed because of all the local radioactive contamination. He is discovered by a bunch of teens in the woods on a make-out session. Crazed mutant radioactive creatures are attacking, and the government acts to destroy them. In the process Danny's dad and some of the teens are killed.

In the second half of the movie, Danny is all grown up, and living in the city. He turns into a radioactive monster, and his killing spree begins.
