SYNOPSIS: Low-grade heroin is flooding the market. The Agency needs its top agent Jane Genet (Chesty Morgan) to infiltrate the gangs, and determine who is this mysterious "Toplar" that controls them? She has a camera implanted in her left breast so that the agency can look through pictures of this gang, and identify Toplar.

Another Doris Wishman film guaranteed to annoy the student of cinema. The first five minutes are the best "how not to" guide that I have ever seen.
