Night Tide  (1961)
Nomination Year: 2006
SYNOPSIS: A very early vehicle for Dennis Hopper. He's Johnny, a sailor who, while on leave in AC, meets a very strange but lovely woman...who may or may not be of a supernatural race of mermaids that eats men on nights of the full moon. That's right. Mermaids. It's full of "atmosphere" and Bad Acting.

"WHAT?!"
Subliminal Massage
After a dream like that, Mora cheerfully directs Johnny to a massage parlor to "unwind" (interesting in itself)...and he lands in the middle of the most ambiguously gay scene since gay came to Gaytown.

Worst Acting
Lieutenant Exposition, Front and Center!
Everyone is acting badly in this scene, but Lieutenant Henderson (H.E. West) takes the prize.
